It came gray originally but the original owner decided to changed the color in 1990 when was in California. The paint job was done by a bike shop (cyclart).It has a very unique paint something like metallic purple with black.
The chrome on rear triangle looks nice and solid with minimal pitting. Fork blades show pitting as well lugs. They show some rust but overall looks quite solid.
The frame by it self is shows scratches and some small and light superficial corrosion on left seat stay . Check pics please.
In my opinion it's a great candidate for restoring and finally have a rare and unique bike.
The previous owner last year he found a stock frame and replaced and swap parts with the org. components and sold it. He did not has any use for this one and sold it to me.
